          II. Training aim
Law academy training program is designed to train students to become legal workers that can work well as a communal judicial staff or staff in district, provincial civil judgment execution, assistance in lawyer's offices, notary offices, legal consultant for enterprise, professional titles and leadership of local authorities ...; The employees have the knowledge, basic skills in the legal field; ability to serve for the organs of local authorities, the state administrative bodies and local judicial bodies, political organizations, political - social, business ...; people who have agile style, health and job stability or adaptability to life; respect the rules at work, ethical and professional conscience, are healthy enough to work to meet the development requirements of themselves and the economy - society.

Students after graduating have chance to transfer to higher level according to the regulations of the law.
