The 2nd Party Congress of the Middle- region college of Law for the 2025–2030 Term Successfully Concludes

The Congress was honored to welcome comrade Dang Hoang Oanh – Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy Minister of Justice, who attended and provided directive remarks. Also present at the Congress were comrade Vo Khac Hoan – Secretary of the Party Committee and Rector of the College; Comrade Tran Thi Quynh Trang – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Rector; invited guests, press representatives, and all Party members of the College's Party Committee.
During the Congress, delegates listened to and discussed key reports, including: the Political Report, the Self-Assessment Report of the Executive Committee for the 2020–2025 term, the Summary of Feedback on Draft Documents for the Higher-Level Party Congress, and the Personnel Plan for the new term.
In her directive speech, Deputy Minister Dang Hoang Oanh acknowledged and commended the achievements of the Party Committee of the Central Region College of Law in the past term—especially amidst various difficulties and challenges. She called on the Party Committee in the new term to continue promoting its role as a leadership nucleus, strengthen discipline, innovate governance towards modernization, accelerate digital transformation, and build a team of staff and lecturers with strong qualities and capabilities to meet the demands of high-quality legal human resource training for the Central and Central Highlands regions.
On behalf of the College’s Party Committee, comrade Vo Khac Hoan expressed his sincere thanks to Deputy Minister Dang Hoang Oanh for taking the time to attend and for her comprehensive, insightful directive speech—reflecting the special attention of the Ministry of Justice's leadership and Party Committee to the development of the College. He affirmed that the Party Committee would seriously and fully absorb the guidance, considering it a key orientation to be concretized into an action program for the 2025–2030 term, with a firm determination to further develop the College and uphold its position as one of the Ministry of Justice’s reputable legal training institutions.
After a working session conducted in a prompt, democratic, serious, and lawful manner, the Congress successfully completed all planned agenda items. It elected the 2nd Executive Committee of the College's Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term, consisting of exemplary comrades in terms of competence, integrity, and credibility. The Congress also elected the Party Committee Secretary, Deputy Secretary, the Inspection Committee, and its Chairperson, as well as the delegation to attend the upcoming Party Congress of the Ministry of Justice, in accordance with principles, procedures, and structure guidelines.
In his closing remarks, comrade Vo Khac Hoan emphasized: The success of the Congress is the result of unity, democracy, and a strong sense of responsibility from all Party members. In the upcoming term, the Party Committee will continue striving to build a clean and strong organization, improve the quality of education and training, and actively contribute to judicial reform and the building of a socialist rule-of-law State in Vietnam.
The Congress concluded at 6:00 PM the same day in a joyful, united atmosphere, filled with trust in a breakthrough and effective new term.
