The Opening Ceremony of a training course for principal officials in Dong Hoi Junior Law College

There were vice- Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Phuong - Vice Rector of Hanoi University of Home Affairs, Mr. Vo Khac Hoan - Rector of Dong Hoi Junior Law college  with teachers and 70 students  in the Opening Ceremony.

At the opening ceremony speech,Vice-Prof.Dr. Nguyen Minh Phuong pointed out the aim and the meaning of  training and improvement task for the mission of  building the officials who have best quality and professional to meet the requirements in  the nation's development and international integration. The  aim of orgnizing the training course for principal officials is to equip, update and improve knowledge of the administrative state managerment, to contribute to standardize and entrance the quality of officials managerment.

On behalf of the party committee and  the administrators of Dong Hoi junior Law College,  Mr. Vo Khac Hoan highly appreciated and thanked the concern and the effective  cooperation of the Hanoi University of Home Affairs in the past time, and He also suggested students arranging their work to attend the class on time, actively acquire the knowledge in class so that they can complete the course with the best results.

 

At the opening ceremony speech,  Mr. Pham Hong Viet - representing all students of the Class sincerely thanked for the interest and the conditions that Hanoi University of Home Affairs as well as Dong Hoi Junior Law College brought to students. They determine to study hard and perform fully the regulations to get the high result.

The Opening Ceremony ended in a joyful and excited atmosphere.
