- Civil servants working in the office of the Goverment, Party Committee, Viet Nam Fatherland and Front and orther organizations located in the area of Minh Hoa and Tuyen Hoa District.
- Orther candidates demanding for class enrollment (open in locality of Minh Hoa, Tuyen Hoa District).
2. Conditions and Progress
a. Conditions
- Candidates graduated from upper secondary school or higher levels
- Having valid admission file (publish by Dong Hoi Junior College of Law)
b. Progress
- People Committee of town, province must inform organizations of the Goverment, Party Commitee, and another organizations, so that candidates will be acknowledged and register.
- Others in the area of Minh Hoa, Tuyen Hoa District demanding for class enrollment, can contact to Education and Vocational Training Center in Minh Hoa District or to Dong Hoi Junior College of Law for more information about registration.
3. Training Method: Full-time
4. Training Period: 02 years (2016-2018, Study in 20 months)
5. Admission fee and Tuition fee
a. Admission fee: 30.000 VND/person
b. Tuition fee: 550.000VND/month/person
- People Committee of Quang Binh Province provide fee exemptions policies to candidates as follows:
- Civil servants working in the office of the Goverment, Party Committee, Viet Nam Fatherland and Front and orther organizations located in the area of Minh Hoa and Tuyen Hoa District and endorsed by their organizations or agencies and People Committee of Quang Binh Province will only pay 165.000 VND/month/person. There are 25 people per District for this.
- Dong Hoi Junior College of Law will also provide 50 percent discount on fee (payment of 275.000 VND/person/month only) to the orther candidates applying for - class open in the locality of Minh Hoa, Tuyen Hoa District.
6. Location, Opening date and Schedule:
a. Location: Education and Vocational Training Center in Minh Hoa
b. Opening date: November 14, 2016.
c. Schedule: Friday night, Saturday and Sunday everyweek
