I. Program description
Beside high school program, course program includes general basic knowledge such as: Political Education, Foreign Languages, National Defense Education, Physical Education, Information Technology and the foundation knowledge. In Law major, the course program includes: the State and the Law; Organizational structure of the state and the functions, duties, powers and operation principles ... of the agencies in the organizational structure; basic issues of substantive law and rules of law: criminal, civil, marriage and family, commercial, financial, land, environment, labor and social security ... Courses also offer practical experience in operational training such as the professional skills of civil status and authentication; popular legal education and reconciliation at grassroots level; construction and drafting legal documents; enforcement; settling complaints and denunciations and handle administrative violations in communal ...
II. Training aim
Law academy training program is designed to train students to become legal workers that can work well as a communal judicial staff or staff in district, provincial civil judgment execution, assistance in lawyer's offices, notary offices, legal consultant for enterprise, professional titles and leadership of local authorities ...; The employees have the knowledge, basic skills in the legal field; ability to serve for the organs of local authorities, the state administrative bodies and local judicial bodies, political organizations, political - social, business ...; people who have agile style, health and job stability or adaptability to life; respect the rules at work, ethical and professional conscience, are healthy enough to work to meet the development requirements of themselves and the economy - society.
After graduation, students can work in many agencies, with many different job positions: Communal officials (in most positions, including leadership positions), Department of Justice Officials , Enforcement officials or working at the notary offices, law offices, law consulting company, schools, enterprises...
Students after graduating have chance to transfer to higher level according to the regulations of the law.
