The 1st party congress of Dong Hoi Junior Law College in the term 2020-2025

The congress was held on the occasion of the 8^th anniversary of the School's founding (May 25^th, 2012 - May 25^th, 2020), which is also the time when the Evaluation Council of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has just approved project on establishing Vietnam Central Law College on the basis of upgrading Dong Hoi Junior Law College. The congress of this term is extremely important, marking a new stage of development of the school. In the term 2015-2020, the Party of Dong Hoi Junior Law College (now the Party Committee) has led and finished  the content that the resolutions has suggested.   Especially the results of implementing political tasks that stand out with the work of consolidating the organizational structure, building and developing the team of teachers; improving quality and expanding enrollment and training, diversify training forms and methods; to basically completing the school building material project synchronously and modernly; basically complete the conditions, this is one of the criteria  to upgrade the school. In order to achieve such results, the Party Committee has to constantly innovate and enhance the quality of the operation of the Party organization from enhancing the effectiveness of the direction, leadership and coordination between the Party Committee and the school – Board to the cells and leaders of units, organizations; promoting political, ideological and ethical education, building up party organizations, improving the quality of inspection, supervision, and advocacy ... Results of last term of the Party Committee made an important contribution to the completion of the school's political duties in the period 2015-2020.

 The Congress has set out specific directions and tasks for the new term 2020 - 2025, including: Continuing to lead the unit to successfully complete the assigned political tasks, contributing to the successful implementation of the  13 th Resolution of National Party deputies, Resolutions of the Congress of Party deputies of Ministry of Justice and Resolutions of the Party Congress of Dong Junior Law College; To strengthen and improve the effectiveness of the coordination between the Party Committee and the school-board, between the Party committees and the leader of the unit and the school's political organizations in leading the task on politics and Party building work. In particular, focusing on building a strong party in both organizations and officials; building a truly clean, strong and typical party committee; focus all resources and well prepare all conditions to put Dong Hoi Junior Law College into effective operation from the beginning.
Recognizing the importance and significance of this Congress, all Party members have raised the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, intellectual focus, democracy and creativity to focus on discussion and unanimous solutions. The congress has elected the new Party Executive Committee including 07 members who meet the criteria, quality and capacity to lead the Party Committee and the School. In particular, Mr. Vo Khac Hoan - Principal of the school was elected as Secretary of the Party Committee, Mr. Tran Thi Quynh Trang - Head of the Organization - Administration Department and Library was elected as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.

 At the congress’s speech, Mr. Nguyen Kim Tinh – pernanment Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Justice acknowledged and praised the achievements that the Party Committee  achieved in the past term. At the same time, he assigned tasks and requested the Executive Committee of the Party Committee for the term 2020 - 2025 to carry out a number of key tasks: completing the congress records to submit to the Ministry of Justice Party for approval the results of the meeting; building an action plan, working regulations of the Party Committee, Regulation on coordination between the Party Committee and the leader to successfully implement the tasks... He believed that with the tradition of solidarity, the democratic spirit with the youth, intelligence, dynamism and efforts of all teachers and employees in school, the Party Committee of Dong Hoi Junior Law College  will successfully complete its political tasks in the term 2020-2025, creating a solid foundation for the school's development strategy in the coming years.
