Dong Hoi Junior Law College held Officials, Public servants and Employees Conference 2016
THUrsday - 29/12/2016 07:36Implemented Decree No. 04/2015 / ND-CP dated January 9th 2015 of the Government on the implementation of democracy in the operation of state administrative agencies and public service units; Official Letter No.140/HD-CDBTP dated December 8th 2016 of Labor Union’s Ministry of Justice on holding an officials, public servants and employees conference 2016, in December 28th 2016, Board of Management coordinated with Labor Union executive committee held an officials, public servants and employees conference 2016. Attended the meeting, there were Mr. Do Kien Nguyen - Department of Personnel and Organisation’s Deputy Director and Mrs. Lan Phuong Dao - Expert of Department of Personnel and Organisation’s and all officials, public servants and employees of Dong Hoi Junior Law College.
At the conference, officials, public servants and employees heard the reports: Responsibilities of the head of the school in implementing work plan 2016; Reviewing the implementation of officials, public servants and employees conference’s resolution in 2016 and line of task in 2017; Financial revenue and expenditure; Management, purchase of assets, equipmen; Personnel and Organization; Operating results in 2016 and operating direction in 2017 of People's Inspection Board.

On promoting democratic rights, all the officials, public servants and employees actively discussed, commented and suggested solutions to overcome the difficulties of the Junior College, in which focused on the key issues such as improving the quality of education, boosting professional qualifications of the staff, teachers, lifting living standards and morale of officials, public servants and employees ... to bring the sustainable development for DHJLC.
On the basis of 14 recommendations of units and individuals, the Presidium seriously listened, absorbed, answered frankly, openly and transparently in the Conference and they were included in the Draft Resolution of the Conference for implementing.
Besides the recommendation to the Board of Management, there also were five recommendations to the Department of Personnel and Organisation. On behalf of the leaders of the Department of Personnel and Organisation, Mr. Do Kien Nguyen said that he has been sharing with the difficulties of the Junior College in recent years, recognizing the outstanding efforts of the Junior College. Meanwhile he oriented, tailored solutions for the Junior College in the near future, and promised to suggest the Ministry's leadership continued supporting school in order that DHJLC is able to implement successfully the political tasks assigned.

On behalf of the Council for Emulation and Reward, Mrs. Thi Quynh Trang Tran presented the Report of emulation and commendation's summarizing in 2016; announced the decision to commend units and individuals in 2016, and launched an emulation movement in 2017.
Ending the conference, on behalf of the Presidium, Mr. Ve Quoc Le - Secretaries, Rector thanked for the closely concern and support of the Ministry's leadership, as well as the Ministry of Justice’s units, recognized the achievements of the Junior College and continued developing internal resources, solidarity to overcome difficulties and achieved excellently political tasks in 2017 and subsequent years.
