LETTER OF APPRECIATION
On the occasion of the 5th anniversary of Dong Hoi Junior Law College’s establishment
(25/5/2012 - 25/5/2017)

On the occasion of the 5th anniversary of Dong Hoi Junior Law College (25/5/2012-25/ 5/2017), I would like to send my sincere respect and deepest gratitude to the leaders, the units, organizations and individuals.
 
Over five year of foundation, despite many difficulties and challenges, the Junior College has achieved encouraging results: enrollment, facilities and teachers are increasingly strengthened in both quantity and quality. Currently, there are more than 1000 students studying at the Junior College, including approximately 300 Laos students. The training quality has been improved and basically met the demand of the society.
 
Having these results, besides the efforts of all staffs, teachers and workers, are also the concern and direction of the leaders; the support and cooperation of agencies, organizations, units and individuals. This is a great encouragement for teachers and students of Dong Hoi Junior Law College during the last five years.
 
On this occasion, Dong Hoi Junior Law College pledges to continue to bring into full play its achievements, strive to overcome all difficulties in the future, determine to complete excellently all tasks assigned by the Ministry of Justice as well as the leaders and people of the North Central provinces ‘ sentiments. In the coming time, the Dong Hoi Junior Law College wishes to continue to receive the deep concern, close guidance of the leaders and the support of agencies, organizations and units.

By all my sincerity, Dong Hoi Junior Law College once again wishes the leaders, units, organizations and individuals good health, happiness and success.
